Color Fever TD concept

In the midst of working on "Black Out", I decided to do a little concept design on Color Fever TD if I ever get around to making that game. The image is too big to have in this post, so here's a link.

Black Out Update #1

My latest project is a horror-themed interactive video titled "Black Out". I'm hoping to get the game done by late October, and am working hard at making that happen. I'm going to go and purchase the necessary props either tomorrow or Friday, and go camping for the weekend which is when I'll be shooting the video. Here's the first video update about the game, expect more to come as the game nears completion.

Sky Idle + W, X, Y, and Z

Hey guys. I know it's been... ages... since I've last said anything. I have people asking me if I'm dead via whisper again, so I figure it's time to make another post. So lately, I haven't really been up to anything. no.. that's a lie. Quite honestly, I've been up to TOO much. A lot of stuff going on in my personal life, and I'm doing several game projects at once right now. I was originally going to make this a beta feed message until I realized this had nothing to do with beta info. =P

So as you know, I was working on Sky Idle with Tukkun, Well, that sorta stopped for now, considering I never see Tukkun around. As far as finishing Sky Idle goes, we'll definitely be doing that, just not at the moment.

As a primary focus, I've been working with Glen (MainFrame Games)- we're working on a game right now, and have 2 others planned. The game we're working on right now is a "Guitar Hero" type of game. We started planning it out and what-not last night, and I only really did the art for the notes so far.

That's all I really have to show you guys, we didn't really get into production too much. We'll probably give the notes a glow and what-not, and just polish them up some more. That's just the basic appearance.

The other 2 games were actually projects that we started, but then got bored of, so we never finished. The first will be a pixel-art medieval themed game. We're not sure if we're going to do a platformer or what yet. The other game is a city-growth kind of game, like "Age of Information".

The other game I'm currently working on is with Arkatufus, and it's a lot like Bomberman. It's going to have very 'primitive' digital graphics, and be played on a tile-board with the tiles being 32x32 pixels each. Here's some of the art for it.
'Hero':

Enemies:

Bomb  (Non-animated version):

Tiles (Enlarged):

That's all I have to show you guys for now- I'll be sure to post whenever I have some more news. Thanks for supporting us!

A special thanks to Missymouse97, Wiggles96, and Glomple who were the first 3 to get on the Beta Feed list by donating! Thanks guys!  ^^

New Site Look & New Intro.

As many of you have noticed, our site got a new color scheme due to the fact that we have a new intro animation (Courtesy of David) for us. You'll be able to see the new animation in our next release, as well as seeing it in Color Fever whenever that update occurs. :)

Developer Troubles D:

Brayden, the valued programmer behind Everlasting Games, has left the team, leaving only me to keep Everlasting Games going. It's going to be a bit of a struggle, finding a new dev and starting a new partnership, but I have hope for the team. We'll definitely still be around no matter what really happens to us, but things like this just slow us down a lot. I plan on hopefully finding several devs to talk with and add to the team so that I can at least not rely on a single person to always be working with. Right now I'm talking with glen (A programmer from MainFrameGames), but I can't be too sure about what's going to happen yet. The best way to keep us going would be to donate to us- all money goes into making us a profitable team. Thanks, and sorry for the news. :(

Everlasting Games // The Beta Feed

Something that hasn't really been publicly discussed until now is the beta list/getting on the beta list. For the most part, I've kept my beta testers limited to my friends and well-rounded developer, but now I'm giving you all the opportunity to join the beta feed. Oh- I haven't even told you all what it is yet... ><

The beta feed will be occasional updates and messages filling you in on our progress on our latest games. We'll provide early art/music as well as the earliest alpha versions of the game for you to try out. Since we have some pretty cool projects planned such as color fever 2 and color fever TD, you may want to get on the beta feed. :)

To get on the beta feed, all what you need to do is donate any amount of kreds to our games (Only Color Fever atm). We really do need the money for the making of our games, so it's appreciated greatly. You also won't be disappointed. ^__^

The first beta feed messages will probably be sent once Sky Idle is mostly functional- so send your kreds in now!

Summary of The Beta Feed:
- Receive early samples of art and music from our games
- Test out our games as early as alpha
- Join a tight-knit community of fellow testers
- Help improve our games/Review our games
- Be mentioned in the credits of our games!

Sky Idle // Our Next Project

We spent a bit of time deciding on what game we would dedicate time to next, and we decided on an idle game concept similar to the Idle Sky series. In sum, it's going to be pixel-art graphics, and the main view being the horizon and sky. It'll cycle through the entire day, and certain things will appear in the sky at certain times. There will be awards, so don't worry, your idling will not go unnoticed. :P

Here's some of the art just to give you guys an idea of what we're doing:

I believe that's enough for now- Don't wanna spoil the surprise!

And yes, a lot of the art is borrowed from other popular pixel-art games such as I wish I were the Moon, and The Majesty of Colors. :)
